The Skeena is British Columbia\u2019s second most productive salmon river, the center of a $110 million fishing economy, and has been a source of sustenance for local First Nations for millennia. In recent years, a slew of proposals for liquefied natural gas export terminals in the Skeena River estuary have threatened the entire river system.
